As part of the ENERGIA 2012 AQME contest, Blondin Fortin has submitted three projects which are all nominated as finalist. The projects are :

- ST-HUBERT EXPRESS RESTAURANT, SAINT-DENIS STREET, MONTREAL – LEED SILVER CERTIFICATION – category Existing Building – Less than 10,000 m2
- L.L. COMPLEX, PHASE 2, 4905 LAPINIÈRE, BROSSARD – LEED GOLD CERTIFICATION – category New Building – All Sectors
