Blondin Fortin & Associates is proud to announce the LEED certification of three new projects.
On November 24, 2023, 12 years after the project’s kickoff, the Physical Training Center building (Gymnasium), located on Garnison St-Jean, achieved LEED Gold level (V2009), notably with its 14 points in energy performance.
On November 30, 2023, 11 years after the project’s kickoff, the 5th Combat Engineer Regiment building (5RGC), located at Valcartier military base, obtained LEED Silver level (V2009), notably with its 16 points (42% energy reduction) in energy performance.
Finally, on December 14, 2023, Caserne #6 in the city of Laval achieved LEED Gold certification (V4), with 14 points in energy performance.
