The Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Du Suroit CISSS reorganized its activities within a single building. Blondin Fortin & Associates was mandated to produce the plans and specifications for its indoor facilities in the new building (electricity, fire prevention, ventilation, plumbing and medical gases).

The project called for installing a new CISSS, administration services and a minor surgery centre in premises with a total surface area of 9,000 square metres (97,000 square feet) in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Among the services provided in this new building are blood tests, vaccinations, medical consultations, a medical clinic for minor surgeries such as endoscopies and abortions.
