This project involved the construction of the Aldo Group’s head office and distribution centre with a total of 520,000 square feet of warehouse space and 220,000 square feet of office space in Saint-Laurent. The warehouse is air-conditioned using rooftop units weighing a total of 625 tons. Offices are air-conditioned and heated using 450-ton heat pumps linked to a mixed water network and connected to a water tower with a 500-ton capacity. In addition, interior heating ducts ensure heating of peripheral areas in winter.
