Located in Pointe-Claire, this project involved the construction of a six-storey office building and basement with a surface area of approximately 18,300 square feet per storey, for a total of 128,000 square feet. This building features a geothermal heating and air-conditioning system. Heating is provided by a mixed water circulation system connected to a geothermal network and coolers that make it possible to warm or cool the building according to tenants’ true needs. Occupants’ fresh air intakes and outlets are fitted with energy recovery units. The building’s design meets all LEED criteria, though no certification application has been submitted.
