Establishing a new 7,500-square foot (700 square metres) hair transplant and plastic surgery clinic with operating rooms at 875 De Maisonneuve Blvd. in Montréal.

Originally housing a restaurant, this existing building was converted into condominiums with commercial space on the ground floor. A complete modernization was carried out, with the installation of a community-based surgical suite and operating rooms to carry out medical procedures.

A mechanical system based on cooled water with high-filtration central air was developed to meet its needs. The area was also designed according to B2 classification with an emergency generator.
