This project consisted in building a new fruit and vegetable warehouse. Phase 1 included the 65,000-squasre foot warehouse, preparation and packaging rooms as well as an indoor parking garage. This construction involved the design of flexible electromechanical systems for areas whose purpose could be called to change. Future plans call for part of the basement to be converted into a production room. Taking these modifications into account, services were designed with separate drainage systems.
