This construction includes warehouses, offices, a restaurant section and rental space for agencies such as Canada Customs (PWGSC), the RCMP, Air Canada, Schenker, etc. The warehouses are ventilated using gas-operated air systems and heated by gas-operated radiant systems while rooftop units ensure the ventilation and air-conditioning of the offices. DDC controls (central direct digital controllers) are used throughout the building.
