Expansion of a training centre for Canadian Armed Forces recruits: this project consisted in the renovation (10,000 ft.2) and expansion (13,500 ft.2) of the E173 building in order to meet the needs of the CRLRS Sn Div Av unit. The expansion is partially air-conditioned and heated using a hot water network with heat recovery units on the ventilation systems. This project targets LEED SILVER certification.
