These projects consisted in building, for IKEA Properties Ltd., a new IKEA store in Boucherville in 2002 and a new store inaugurated in 2011 in Ottawa, as well as renovating the IKEA store in Saint-Laurent, a project that called for a 257,000-square foot expansion in 2013. These projects included offices, cafeterias, kitchens and sales space.
