DETAILS

This building reflects a new type of architecture meeting today’s environmental standards. With its rooftop terrace, indoor parking for 50 vehicles as well as many outdoor stalls, abundant fenestration, ecological landscaping and so much more, it is LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified, ensuring future occupants enjoy a host of benefits including pro-environment energy savings.

Heated and air-conditioned by a geothermal system, this building has 71,500 square feet of floor space on five storeys, including a ground floor and first floor with a surface area of 15,000 square feet. The underground level is used for parking and warehousing. Heating is provided by a mixed water circulation system connected to a geothermal and cooling network meeting the real needs of the building’s tenants. Occupants’ fresh air intakes and outlets are fitted with energy recovery units. The rainwater recovery system used to supply sanitation equipment (men and women’s toilets) on each floor exceeds provincial standards.
