Construction of a 14-storey, 112-condo tower including three underground parking levels. This building also houses a community hall and fitness centre as well as a rooftop pool. Also located on the roof is the mechanical room, which houses two central natural-gas water heaters. Vertical air conditioning units with direct outdoor condensers (VTAC) were recommended for this project in order to reduce construction costs.
