Construction of a hotel resulting from the merger of the former Place d’Armes Hotel and two adjacent historic buildings and including 83 rooms, 52 suites, ten studios with private balcony and five large penthouses. The hotel also holds a conference centre, spa, restaurant, underground parking garage, and more. This project earned Blondin Fortin & Associates an AQME nomination in 2007.
