Construction of a fashion complex for Point Zero’s new head office at 1650 Chabanel Street West. This new facility boasts a total of 200,000 square feet, including 100,000 square feet of warehousing space. The remainder is divided between office space and showrooms.

This building also includes a 4,000-square foot photo studio, a large atrium with a coffee shop for clients and employees as well as a rooftop heliport allowing the transportation of clients by helicopter.

All showroom lighting has been custom designed to facilitate the presentation of some 1,700 samples presented every season.
