This new building houses a 75,000-square foot indoor soccer field whose play area meets FIFA standards. The sports centre also includes a gymnasium and an arena, locker rooms with showers, offices, a store, a cafeteria and a community hall. This project also features a solar wall, a geothermal heating and air-conditioning system, a heat recovery system as well as radiant heating in order to optimize the building’s energy consumption. This project was carried out within one year, including design and construction, with no budget overruns.
