Construction of 63 luxury condominiums on six storeys (five floors of standard condos and one penthouse floor) as well as a two-level parking garage at 215 Redfern Avenue on the corner of Sainte-Catherine Street in Montreal. All condominiums are equipped with a water-air heat pump ensuring heating and air-conditioning. A rooftop unit recovers energy from stale air in the toilets, kitchen hoods and dryers, transforming it into fresh air. Heating is provided by a central natural gas system.
