Blondin Fortin & Associés is proud to collaborate on the TDF Canada project in the development of its first North American plant, currently under construction in Sorel-Tracy, along the Steel Highway (A30).
Specializing in the manufacturing of non-woven textile membranes made from recycled plastics, TDF is establishing itself in Quebec with a project spanning over 40,000 m² across five levels. The plant will feature four vertical production lines, laboratories, warehouses, technical facilities, and the company’s Canadian headquarters offices.
Designed as an exemplary industrial showcase, the facility embodies the principles of the “lean” approach at every stage of the project. Its sleek architecture is inspired by the precision of the product: every volume and functional connection reflects process efficiency, without compromising the quality of the workspaces.
TDF Canada also incorporates several sustainable strategies, including energy recovery, green roofs, rain gardens, and the reuse of recycled plastic materials, reinforcing its commitment to the environment.
The work, which began in March 2025, is being carried out by a seasoned multidisciplinary team.
