With this project, which called for the construction of a new decorative rug-weaving plant accommodating its existing equipment, the company sought to double its production volume. The new 100,000-square foot facility includes a shipping and receiving area, a weaving area and a handling section where the finishing touch is given to the products. Attached to the plant is a 10,000-square foot office wing as well as a 7,500-square foot showroom with lighting zones and equipment designed to create different moods throughout the space.
